Miriam Webster defines  competition in business as “the effort of two or more parties acting independently to secure the business of a third party by offering the most favorable term.  Since this isn’t happening in the taxi industry, why does  the Seattle City council think they have the right to interfere with the free market process? … This is  SO STUPID and disturbing!  Last time I checked we weren’t a socialist country, and while I think it’s great that we ask questions, it’s amazing to me that the Seattle City Council would vote to limit business competition like this.  This is so wrong!
